Founded in 1916, this specialty rice shop originally stood near the University of Tokyo's Akamon gate in Hongo but was destroyed in wartime air raids and relocated to its current site in Mukogaoka. It continues to operate as 'Ryomai Kobo,' selling rice selected by a certified rice meister.
