Founded in 1887 in the castle town of Shuri, Naha, Zuisen Distillery takes its name from the Zuisen Gate of Shuri Castle and has brewed its signature awamori ever since. Visitors can tour the distillery and purchase aged kusu awamori at the on-site shop.
