Why visitUeda Seika Koujou
Founded in 1929, this confectionery workshop has made nostalgic anko-dama sweet bean balls without any additives for nearly a century, using the 'hi-to-wari' method of heat and ratio control passed down from earlier generations. Many of its production machines are more than 50 years old, still carefully maintained by the third-generation owner.
