Founded in 1638 in Higo's Yoshino district, now Hikawa Town, Shiratamaya Shinzaburo has made stone-milled shiratama rice flour for nearly four centuries. At the Hikawa main store, visitors can enjoy freshly made shiratama dumpling sweets.
