Seikotei opened as a European-style home cooking restaurant near Yoyogi-Uehara Station at Christmas 1982. After more than two decades as a neighborhood favorite, it shifted its focus to handmade sweets from 2003, while continuing to produce items such as dressings and sesame tofu.
