Founded in 1899 in Fukagawa Sagacho as the very first branch established under the noren of the famed Azabu Nagasaka Sarashina soba house, the shop later moved through Fukagawa, Kagurazaka, and Ginza before settling in its current Tsukiji location in 2003. It is known for the pale, refined Sarashina-style soba.
