Why visitRyotei Sancho

Founded in 1951, this is the sole surviving ryotei in Maruyamacho, once home to more than 100 such establishments and roughly 300 geisha during Shibuya's flourishing hanamachi era. In 2013 it was renovated into a more casual kappo-style restaurant while keeping its historic wooden building.
