Founded in 1897 by Terada Shinjiro as a fruit shop, Mizushinsaikan later became a Japanese sweets parlor before switching to Chinese cuisine in 1974. Its signature ankake yakisoba, with a sweet thick sauce over crisp vegetables, is served near Asakusabashi Station.
