Founded in 1895, Minakuchi Shuzo has brewed sake alongside the famous Dogo Onsen bathhouse for more than a century. Its flagship sake Nikitatsu and craft Dogo Beer can be enjoyed at the brewery's own shop and restaurants in the hot spring town.
