Why visitMamegen

Started as a street stall by founder Genbei Surugaya in 1865, this bean confectionery shop survived the WWII bombing of Tokyo and has kept roasting beans and rice crackers in Azabu-Juban ever since. It now also runs department store counters while preserving its 150-year-old recipes.
