Founded in 1877 in Takamatsu, Soke Kutsuwado created its signature kawara senbei, crisp tile-shaped biscuits inspired by the roof tiles of Tamamo Castle. Baked with Sanuki's prized sugar, they have been made to the same recipe for generations.
