Founded in 1882, this pickle specialist is the originator of Morikuchi-zuke, created by first-generation owner Saikichi Yamada. Seasonal vegetables are slow-pickled at the factory attached to its Minato headquarters, with additional shops in Hatchobori and Ginza Matsuya.
