Futabaya is a Japanese confectionery shop founded in 1868. Its signature steamed chestnut yokan is made with an old-fashioned, lightly sweetened recipe, and the shop still hand-makes local favorites such as Tsukuda-mochi. It moved to its current location in 1918.
