Opened in 1973 as a noren-wake branch of the Eishin restaurant in Azabu-juban, this compact machi-chuka diner has only about ten counter seats. Its signature dish is a light soy-sauce ramen made with chicken-bone broth, now carried on by the second-generation female owner.
