Founded in 1935, this factory shop is run by Tamagawa Shokuhin, the last remaining dried-noodle manufacturer in Tokyo's 23 wards. It produces preservative-free dried, fresh, and steamed noodles, with over 200 Japanese, Western, and Chinese varieties sold directly to the public on the ground floor of its factory.
