Why visitTsukiji Aozora Sandaime
This sushi shop was born from a partnership between the third generation of Maruhachi Nioke (later Tonofuku Suisan), a seafood wholesaler founded in the early Taisho era, and Yasue Maeda of the postwar-founded Aozora-zushi Sandaime. It draws on the wholesaler's eye for fish and a distinctive red-vinegar nikiri soy sauce.
