Established in 1923 after the family relocated from Iidabashi to Zoshigaya following the Great Kanto Earthquake, this bakery started as a confectionery before converting to bread-baking in 1958. Today the fourth generation runs the shop alone, hand-making favorites like its cream-filled buns.
